Cancellation Policy

 Cancelling and Rescheduling:

Customers may, without penalty, cancel or reschedule by

notifying Ken Keeper at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. To cancel or

reschedule, please email kenkeeperllc@gamial.com or text to 603-575-1565.

 Late Cancellations and Missed Appointment:

Cancellations are considered “late” when the

client does not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Missed appointments are considered “missed” when the client is 15 minutes or more late for

their appointment or does not show up for the appointment at all. Both late cancellations and

missed appointments will be billed 50% of the price of the scheduled service. All late

cancellations and missed appointment fees must be paid in full (online or in person) before

additional services are rendered.

 Provider Initiated Cancellations:

If, for any reason, a client’s scheduled appointment must be

cancelled by Ken Keeper, the client will be notified as soon as possible and assisted with

rescheduling. Appointments paid for in advance will receive a full refund if unable to be

rescheduled.
