I developed Zen Keeper because I believe true healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together. Every session I offer is tailored to meet you exactly where you are ~ whether you’re seeking relaxation, balance, or deeper personal growth. I combine Reiki, reflexology, chakra balancing, meditation, mindfulness, and personalized yoga to create a holistic experience designed just for you.
