Yoga
Reconnect with your body and breath through gentle, intentional movement. Yoga with Zen Keeper is designed to restore balance, increase strength and flexibility, and calm the mind. Whether you’re new to the practice or deepening your journey, each session offers guidance and space to release stress, build awareness, and move with ease.
Personal Yoga/Meditation Session: $100 hour up to 4 individuals
Additional $25 travel fee
$10 for each additional person

For clients who would prefer to be seen at their home, or for special events such as birthday parties, bachelorette parties, or a girls weekend, Zen Keeper offers on-site services.

Home Visits
Within a 25 mile radius? If you prefer, I can bring services to you! In addition to the price of service, $100 hour, an additional $25 travel fee applies.
Select up to 2 services as part of a 1 hour session, up to 3 as part of a 90 minute session, and up to 4 as part of a 2 hour session.
Group Reflexology/Reiki Party Session
Flat $100 hourly rate; plus additional per person requirements/limits and travel fees applied.
NOTE: Allow 15 minutes for set-up and allocate a minimum of 15 minutes per person for a service (additional per person services can be allocated in 15 minute increments)
For example, 15 minute treatments: a party of 2-4 would be a 1 hour minimum, a party of 5-8 would be a 2 hour minimum, a party of 9-12 would be a 3 hour minimum, a party of 13-16 would be a 4 hour minimum, a party of 17-20 would be a 5 hour minimum.
